Tesla uses Seoul Semiconductor P7 LEDs with the highest brightness of any single LED in this category across the world, but the top model in terms of brightness also excels in efficiency and long life. Perfection in detail – each LED is finely adjusted in three dimensions by hand during the manufacturing process.

Optimised colour temperature

The colour temperature we use in our lamps lies in a frequency range optimised for the human eye – 6200K, or pure white, a daylight-like white that optimises night vision. Every split second counts as you speed through the night, and neutral colour perception is absolutely crucial in recognising obstacles, slippery leaves on the ground and wet surfaces ahead.
